FAQs

Registration and Packet Pickup
  • How do I know if I'm registered?
You will get an email confirmation from UltraSignUp.
  • Is this a lady's only event?
Nope! This event is for everyone. The RD's just happen to be ladies and felt the race name was fitting.
  • How many entrants are allowed?
145 total runners
  • Am I allowed to have a crew?
Due to the nature of the bylaws of the conservation easement, where the race takes place, runners are limited to bringing 1 aid/ friend to the site per participant. However, we will have plenty of course support for each runner. Questions regarding this, contact minersladyenduro@gmail.com.
  • Where is packet pick-up, and when?
Packet pick-up will be at Two Rivers Treads at 400 South Mildred Street in Ranson, WV on Friday July 28 from 4:00pm-8:00pm. We will also have limited race day packet pick up at the Start/Finish area.
  • What happens if I become injured after I enter and cannot participate?
You will be able to transfer your bib to another runner, if there is a participant on the waiting list. If there is not a participant on the waiting list, you will need to wait until one becomes available. In a circumstance where a participant is available on the waiting list, contact us at minersladyenduro@gmail.com by June 15 to receive a full refund. After June 15, consider your registration a donation to the Rolling Ridge.
  • Can I transfer my registration to another person or roll over my registration to the next year?
Transfers are only possible if there is a runner on the waitlist. You may not choose who your registration is transferred to, in order to keep it fair, we must go in order. We do not offer roll overs for next year's race.

If there are still spaces available, you may register at the packet pick up on Friday 4-8:00pm at Two Rivers Treads. We will not be able offer race day registration.
  • Can someone else pick up my packet?
Yes. We go by the honor system here.
  • Will there be a pre race dinner?
No, but feel free to visit and enjoy some of the delicious local establishments. Visit Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce Restaurants.
  • What is included in my registration fee?
As a fun twist, we will not be offering t-shirts. We will instead have custom swag , hand-made medals, beer, and more!
  • Is lodging available?
Yes, there are multiple hotels nearby.
Check back in with us about camping. We're still working on that, but email minersladyenduro@gmail.com with questions.

Timing & Results
  • How is this race being timed?
We will have a large timing clock set up at the check in station near the start of the race. As you run by the check in station we will document your time when you check in and check out, so you are able to see your loop splits. However the clock will not stop if you decide to take a break at the check in aid station.
